We will uncover your limiting beliefs, your guilt/shame cycle, and fears to unearth the internal story you tell yourself.

Doing what writers do best: Rewriting your internal story going forward

Using strategies like NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing) and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Clair will help you rewrite your internal story, and create a plan to combat limiting beliefs with journaling, affirmations, and gratitude.

You will be supported along your journey by a community of like minded travelers and Clair
